What is CaseAxis?
CaseAxis is Financial Crime Investigation Operations: a post-alert investigation layer for triage, evidence, versioned playbooks, human-reviewed AI assistance, QA/four-eyes, internal SAR/STR workflow and portable investigation records.
Does CaseAxis replace transaction monitoring or screening?
No. The current product wedge is designed to sit after or alongside existing monitoring, screening, KYC/KYT, sanctions, fraud or manual alert sources.
Can AI close cases or make final AML decisions?
No. AI is advisory. Deterministic controls remain authoritative for authorization, evidence, workflow and audit state, and consequential decisions remain human-controlled.
Does CaseAxis submit SAR/STR filings to a regulator?
No public claim is made that CaseAxis submits regulatory filings. The demonstrated workflow is internal SAR/STR preparation and review.
Is CaseAxis production ready?
CaseAxis is a private product preview with a strong synthetic workflow that is still being productionized. Final runtime/deployment proof, customer-specific integrations/federation, external AI qualification and independent assurance remain gated before a real-data pilot.
Can I upload real customer AML/KYC data in a Private Evaluation?
Not by default. The initial evaluation path is synthetic/de-identified only. Real regulated data requires a separate readiness, security, legal and customer-approval gate.
Is CaseAxis SOC 2 certified or regulator approved?
No such claim is made today. CaseAxis does not claim SOC 2 certification or regulator approval without independent evidence.
What does the Demo Room use?
The Demo Room uses a fictional Northstar Payments investigation and actual synthetic CaseAxis product screens. It is product proof, not a customer case.
What is Private Evaluation?
A controlled, human-approved synthetic workspace for qualified organizations to evaluate the CaseAxis workflow. It is not public self-signup and does not require a credit card.
Is public pricing available?
No approved public pricing is published today. Design-partner and pilot hypotheses remain subject to validation and human commercial approval.
